Chloe by Chloe

Chloe by Chloe

Finally the long awaited eponymous fragrance from Chloe and it did not disappoint. It’s floral, fruity, girlie and happy. In fact, I could see a little bottle of this in my handbag.

Some of my friends said that they would use it as an air freshener but they’re cheap!

DiorSkin Shimmer from the Flower Blossom Collection

DiorSkin Shimmer from the Flower Blossom Collection

It looks pretty and eye-catching but it’s fragile and hollow inside. It’s far too white. Maybe it could work on a very pale complexion as a highlighter but there are better products on the market for a cheaper price. Definitely not worth £35, it doesn’t even come with a brush!

Chanel Le Vernis, Blue Satin

Chanel Le Vernis, Blue SatinThis dark blue nail varnish looks almost black and is not for everyone. There are quite a few other blue nail varnishes on the market at the moment but, for me, this is spot on. It’s not one of those light or pearly blues as it has depth, richness and density. Although it’s edgy and urban it’s still classic and chic. It looks great on well-manicured, short nails and could go well both with an evening dress or a pair of jeans. It’s a spring/summer must-have. Don’t forget to apply a top coat.

So, add brilliance to your fingertips with colours from the runways of Paris. A state-of-the-art formula strengthens and moisturises your nails. It comes in a unique patented non-spill bottle with wiping action for easy application.

Chance Eau Fraiche from Chanel

Chance Eau Fraiche from Chanel

This smell lifts my spirits up. One of my favourites and highly recommended for lovers of freshness.

Chanel deserve congratulations for this exciting, nose-catching and feminine scent. Great for spring and summer as it’s floral refreshed with citron and water hyacinth and it has an original green colour!

Happy Spirit fragrance from Chopard

Happy Spirit fragrance from ChopardSad to say that Happy Spirit is very disappointingly ordinary. When I first smelt it I was like, “well, OK, but nothing to pull you in”. It is one of these fragrances you don’t feel the need to purchase. Some customers may get it for the sake of buying something new. I wouldn’t spend £40 for 50ml which was the price in Harrods where it was exclusively sold for a while.

The heart shaped bottle must have increased sales over the Valentine’s period but I think it’s tacky.
